RETURNS
How do I return/exchange an item?

Products can be returned/exchanged within 07 days from the date of Delivery.

Note: Due to the personal nature of Perfumes and Swimwear, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these categories. Items like inner-wear, personal care, make-up, socks and certain accessories do not come under our return policy.

=> Returns and Exchanges will be processed at the order level rather than on a product-by-product basis.

Please Note- Instead of initiating separate return or exchange requests for each individual item within an order, you can now submit a single request for the entire order. This update simplifies the process, reducing any potential confusion or complications that may arise from handling returns and exchanges on a per-product basis.

We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Following products shall not be eligible for return:
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any item that have been worn or washed.
REFUND

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed and credited in your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse.
